FAQ

VOIP(voice over internet protocol) takes analog audio signals from your phone and turns them into a digital data, transfers them over the Internet. VOIP works just like a regular phone with just one key difference-how the phone call actually gets to your business. Instead of using the high priced telephone company’s wiring, VOIP routes calls directly to your telephone using your high speed internet connection.

A cloud phone system is basically a phone system stored or hosted in the cloud instead of on a hardware in your office.  With the cloud, there is no ned to purchase and store outdated hardware at your workplace that will be obsolete in just months.  Take advantage of all of this hardware on the IP2Call cloud! Taking all of the features of an anolog PBX and hosting them on the internet allows for ease of use and a greater level of flexibility and eliminating the need for a onsite PBX.  With a Cloud PBX you can make configuration adjustments to your service from a web portal. Also, the employees within your company can work from anywhere, but can all be managed under the umbrella of the Cloud PBX system.
